Not a law firm, not legal advice

US Family Calc is published by a company that builds calculators, not by attorneys. Using the site creates no attorney-client relationship. The calculators apply the child support guidelines, spousal support formulas, court fee schedules, probate statutes and workers' compensation rates that each state publishes, to the numbers you enter. A judge may deviate from a guideline, an agency may count income differently, a county clerk may add local fees, and an insurer or a workers' compensation judge decides a claim. For a decision about your own case, speak with a licensed attorney in your state or with the agency concerned; many states run free self-help centers, which the state pages link to when they exist. Method and limits are on the method page.

Liability

Every figure is read on an official page and every engine is tested before each release, yet no error can be ruled out and rules change. The publisher is not liable for a decision taken on an estimate alone. Please report any error through the contact page.

Intellectual property

Texts, design and code belong to the publisher; short quotations with a link back are welcome. Statutes, court rules and guideline tables are public records of the states that issued them.

Embedding

The child support and workers' comp calculators may be embedded for free with their credit link visible: see the embed page.

Personal data

The site sets no cookie and the publisher keeps no personal data from the calculators. Details: privacy policy and cookies page.

Reporting unlawful content

Write to contact@usfamilycalc.com with the address of the page.

Governing law

French law applies; failing an amicable settlement, the courts of France have jurisdiction. Updated: 2026-10-08.

Estimate only, not legal advice: the figures on this page apply the state rules published on official sites to the numbers you enter. A court order, the child support agency, the probate court or the workers’ compensation insurer decides the real amount, and a family law or workers’ comp attorney can tell you how the rules apply to your case.
